I am a PhD Student at Center for Visual Information Technology, IIIT Hyderabad. My adviser is Prof. P. J. Narayanan. My research interests are Computer Vision, Image-video Processing and Machine Learning. I am also enthusiastic about Computational Photography and Interactive Techniques. I did my Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications from Institute of Technology, Nirma University, India. I did my Master's in Computer Science by Research from Center for Visual Information Technology, IIIT Hyderabad, India under the guidance of Prof. P J Narayanan. My master's thesis was on Object-centric Video Navigation and Manipulation. During my Master's, I did a summer internship at Google, Bangalore, India where I worked on Automatic Photo Enhancement with Dr. Vivek Kwatra. After completing my master's, I joined the Graphics, Vision and Video group at Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Saarbrucken, Germany as a Research Assistant. I grew up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a city with a vibrant soul and rich heritage of over 600 years. |
